Tell us where you're starting from.
A few friendly questions set you up: have you played before, and which style of bridge suits you. Clubs here and in the UK mostly play ACOL, so that's our suggestion in Ireland; if you'll play online with the wider world, Strong No-Trump with 5-card majors might fit better. Not sure? There's a 30-second comparison, and you can change any time in Settings without losing a thing.
One idea per card, then a question.
Lessons come as short cards: an idea, an example hand, then a question to check it stuck. Get it wrong and nothing bad happens; you get a kind, specific explanation and carry on. Every topic ends with a short test, and you can review any lesson again without touching your record.
Real hands, then real deals.
Practice modules drill each topic with real hands: bid them, play them, and get a plain review afterwards. When you're ready, sit at the full table and play complete deals, auction and card play, against the computer. Large, clear cards; no clock, no pressure; step back and replay whenever you like.
Two minutes a day keeps it fresh.
The Daily Deal is one short, taught deal every day. It builds a streak if you keep at it, and the streak is kind: one missed day is forgiven automatically, and earlier deals wait in the library rather than nagging from your inbox. Reminders are off unless you switch them on.
