- Cancel any time in your account page. Access runs to the end of what you've paid for.
- While you stay subscribed, your price never goes up.
- Your progress is never deleted for commercial reasons. Stop paying and everything you did stays saved, free tier and all.
- No card needed to start, and we'll never charge you without asking. We never store card numbers ourselves; payments are handled by Stripe.
- Prices include VAT. Receipts for every payment, in your account.
- Refunds: a full refund within 14 days of starting any new subscription, no questions. After that, contact us, we are reasonable.
How do I cancel?
In your account page, any time, in a couple of taps. Your access runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and your progress stays saved.
What happens to my progress if I stop paying?
Nothing bad. Your progress is never deleted for commercial reasons. You keep your record and the free plan's access; come back to Plus whenever you like and everything is where you left it.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You only enter payment details if and when you choose Plus.
